Overall, Fort Hotel was excellent. We were a party of seven in four rooms, and everyone agreed the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty, with good choices. All the staff we had dealings with were friendly, helpful and polite.
As we stayed on Friday and Saturday nights, there was quite a bit of noise from the lounge bar in the hotel. The hotel was busy on those nights, so there was the associated sounds of music and the general hubbub of the people attending. This is worth mentioning just to raise awareness - it's in no way a complaint, and didn't detract from our stay. Hotel staff advised us the hotel is generally quieter during the week.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast and service very good, shame they are not included in the price.
From Thursday until Saturday you can expect very loud music and people until 2am, even earplugs don’t help, you can feel the vibrations through your body.
