The view from the room was amazing! The hotel is designed to resemble a cruise ship with porthole windows in the hallways. All the rooms are oriented so their balconies overlook Lake Biwa with amazing views. The room had lots of useful surfaces to arrange your belongings and a comfortable seating area.
The pillows were very hard ( but this is true for most japanese hotels).

Great room with a view. Comfy beds and a good sized seating area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.
Only one coffee machine, which meant standing awaiting to make a fresh coffee.

Great view. Staff were exceptional especially in the Lounge. Everyone went out of their way to cater for our celiac family member which was a relief as it’s difficult to feel safe with food. Thank you so much.
The food was delicious too.

Emplacement pratique pour visiter Kyoto et Nara, super petit déjeuner, chambre avec très belle vue et spacieuse. La piscine était aussi très agréable il faudrait néanmoins allonger l'horaire d' ouverture d au moins 1h.
Il manquait un micro-onde à disposition de la clientèle.
