The staff are outstanding, the breakfast is made to order with great variety lots of fresh fruit and fresh squeezed OJ if you ask for it; the location is perfect - walk to everything.
The beds and the pillows were both hard and uncomfortable. the only place to sit and relax is on the bed. For two nights it was doable.

There could not have been a better location to stay in Palma. Right on the heart of the city. The property is small so doesn’t have many amenities but we knew that going in. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful especially Julieta. The rooms were very comfortable. We hated to leave.
I don’t have a negative thing to say about this property.

We have stayed in Palma many times, and this was one of our best stays: fantastic location, beautiful building, great breakfast and wonderful staff. We also thought it was good value for money.
