Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Quite a busy noisy road

7 / 10Bon·oct. 2026

The suite, hotel, parking and staff were great

No hot water for the shower in the morning. Mentioned this at checkout and the staff member said 'oh, is it still not working'. This suggests it was a known problem and we were still put in the room. Late night evacuation due to gas leak. Asleep and then got evacuated for over an hour, not exactly a restful night's sleep and no compensation offered - not even a free breakfast.

We were upgraded in arrival to a stunning room.

I think maybe new management & chef..food wasnt like it used to be. Alcoholic drinks very expensive!

The breakfast was good.

We stayed three nights (Thursday to Sunday) and on both the Friday and Saturday the room was not made up. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, and only one hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels - there is plenty of space to put some hooks on the wall by the window, but there were none.
