Dewan Bangkok

Location was perfect.

Sadly we weren’t informed of the works being carried out at the pool until we arrived - and that was a big part of why we booked the hotel. They gave us a free breakfast for two days though as recompense.

Location is superb.

Water leaks from shower door but the staff addressed the issue immediately although they couldn’t fix it entirely.

Emplacement impeccable Personnel très agréable

Rien au top

Location is close to Khao San.

Rooms like this were okay 5 years ago when they were $20, they have upped the prices but the value has not gone up. Standard tourist money grab in Thailand where they don't care, the walls haven't been wiped, ever. Corners of walls etc are all mouldy. Aircon sounds like a helicopter. Requirement of 2000thb cash deposit on check-in is very strange. It's 2026, shouldn't need to do this and is not common practice. They make you keep the deposit slip, if you lose it you lose your deposit.
