Le personnel est vraiment charmant et attentionné, que ce soit à la réception, au petit-déjeuner, au bar ou à la piscine. Nous avons toujours eu des échanges très agréables pendant notre séjour. Le lodge était spacieux, très propre, avec une place de parking attenante particulièrement pratique. Les lits étaient confortables. Le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant. Enfin, la piscine et son environnement sont vraiment très plaisants et constituent un vrai plus pour l’établissement.

Le lodge nous a semblé davantage adapté à un court séjour qu’à une semaine complète. L’ameublement est très minimaliste : pas de table basse, pas de tables de chevet et un canapé convertible peu confortable, dont l’assise glissait et avait tendance à s’ouvrir lorsque l’on s’asseyait. La cuisine est également très peu équipée pour un séjour de 7 nuits : uniquement un petit réfrigérateur, deux plaques de cuisson et un évier, sans four, micro-ondes, hotte ni même machine à café. Enfin, notre principale déception concerne l’accès à la piscine. Elle est très agréable, mais nous avons trouvé dommage qu’après un premier accès, il faille payer 45 € supplémentaires pour trois personnes pour pouvoir y retourner. Pour un séjour de 7 nuits, un deuxième accès inclus au minimum nous aurait semblé tout à fait justifié.

It was in a nice quiet location and the lodge was large with lots of space. We could park right next to it. It' s a good choice if you have a dog, there is a lot of walking ground.

The deposit of 400 euros was ridiculous the lodge is in need of renovation the bathroom door had severe water damage. The breakfast had a very small selection and there weren't vegetarian options. Very little fresh vegetables.

The pool was clean , the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was good ! Parking was easy to find. The rooms that are in the separate building and are called lodges are super nice and very large !

The entire main property seems very outdated and has a weird abandoned vibe - where the rooms are located it’s like you’re in a prison ward or something … it’s very strange … The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbours … We were refused late checkout due to a claim of being fully booked —- which clearly was a lie … The breakfast wasn’t amazing but was edible… Staff wasn’t very friendly either - The restaurant in the actual hotel has shut down and now it’s the golf club restaurant that is their main restaurant ! The dining experience was the worst we have experienced in a very long time … The main waiter was extremely rude !! Pretending he couldn’t speak English and gave us Italian menus claiming there are no English ones - finally after 10 min of trying to figure out the menu I went and asked a different waiter if they truly don’t have an English menu and he said they did and gave me some - Then I asked him to please just put a plain pasta order in for my 4 year old and to serve it right away since it’s past her bedtime and he never put the order in - Finally when I told him we were from Canada he became a bit more friendly and could suddenly speak English again ( we assume he doesn’t like Americans ? ) Anyways - we waited 30 min for a drink and over an hour for food … there were only 4 other tables occupied … Also Two people got slight food poisoning from the food … ( do not order the carbonara ) The pool isn’t included in the room price ( which should really be mentioned when booking ) but after I seemed shocked and surprised and annoyed they let me access once for free ( was only there for one night ) The changing rooms smelled like broken pipes and there is no staff to help with anything or get towels … Also no drinks are allowed at the pool …
