the location decent once we found it.
The taxi driver dropped us off at the Artemis across the street and they pointed us to the building with four columns out front. When we got inside there wasn't any signs or directions how to find the place..There were multiple small hotels in one large building with four floors. Very difficult to locate.

This seems to be a trend, small “hotels” retrofitted into a large building. It’s like a B&B without the breakfast. The facility was clean, it had recently been renovated into nice rooms, but there is no lobby or other services.
Like I said, previously, there are no other services available. We had to go down to the street and hail a cab with the assistance of a local.

Amazing location in Rome, friendly and supportive staff, clean room, a bit small but peaceful, water/coffee/snacks are offered daily for free at the entrance, secure building with code entrance
Nothing to dislike :)

The location was very convenient and walking distance to all the main sights. Furthest was the Vatican but an enjoyable walk of about 45 minutes.
It was like an en-suite room within an apartment. The building had many apartments that were operating as guest houses, The building was old and had character, the room I found small and very dated in decor. For me it was not a problem but my girlfriend did not like it and she did not like the key handler saying he was strange.
