Belle maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, avec une exposition optimale de l'Ouest et une vue panoramique sur l'eau. La chambre principale bénéficie d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat pivotante et d'une salle de bains privée mise à jour. Une chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit queen-size, et la deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux ainsi que d'un écran plat. Le salon et la salle à manger a une sensation spacieuse et bénéficie d'une belle vue sur l'eau. Cette maison est confortable pour des vacances en famille ou est disponible pour ceux qui peuvent rester un peu plus longtemps. Enfin, cette charmante maison se trouve à proximité des commerces et des restaurants et à quelques minutes de la plage.

Wonderful place, very clean! Aside from not being alerted that a repairman was coming over to fix something this was a perfect stay. Great property at a great location!

Check in was easy - there is a property manager where you pick up your keys. The property was really perfect and the pool with the view on the canal was spectacular. The beds are all super comfortable and the house was fully stocked with beach towels and linens.One small issue - the dishwasher was broken when we arrived and they sent a handyman but they never fixed it and we weren't offered anything. We weren't cooking a lot but I could see that being annoying if on vacation with a lot of small kids.

The home, which is inviting and comfortable, is located in a fairly quiet and safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed the heated pool and lovely lanai with the view of the canal. The yard and home were well-cared for. We appreciated the plentiful shelving, hangers, etc., that allowed us to comfortably unpack. We could have done without the overabundance of throw pillows, which got in the way, but the beds were super comfy and we slept well. We struggled with the stovetop and the toaster, which seemed to overcook our eggs and toast, no matter what we tried. We ended up going out for breakfast the last two days. We used the bikes to scout around and learned about the burrowing owls nearby. What a surprise! Despite our cooking issues, I would stay here again if we ever return to Marco Island!

The house was very nice, this is our second time staying here. Last year we had the issue with the AC and thought it will be fixed by now, we liked the house, it’s very comfortable, so we rented it again. Unfortunately the AC had not been fixed since last year and it had only gotten worse. Manager was very responsive every time I have to say. Always on top of things. We had babies and the heat was unbearable.
As long as they fix the AC issue the house is perfect! Nice layout, quiet neighborhood, close to everything!
