Location was really good, plenty of places to eat, local supermarkets, chemist, etc.. also to get to Kissamos and Chania. Chara and Harry are fantastic hosts, very kind people. Our return flight was quite late in the day and they were so kind in letting us stay to a time that worked for us. Also gave us their own produce of oil and honey, which is delicious, and left us sweet treats in the fridge when we arrived. Villa is well stocked with toiletries, condiments and very comfortable. We were unlucky with the weather for some of our stay with a bad storm, so we were unable to fully enjoy what the villa had to offer with the terrace, bbq and pool.
A very busy area, with lots of hotels, apartments, etc.. local beach was packed with sun beds. We found other nearby beaches which were really good.

Odlična vila z vso potrebno opremo in pripomočki ter kuhinjskim aparati. Udobna, z ogromno pokrito teraso in bazenom kot je prikazano na slikah. Gostitelja sta poskrbela za sladko presenečje ob našem prihodu in nam ob odhodu podarila lastno olivno olje. Lokacija je odlična, saj omogoča razgled na morje in ima omogoča bivanje v senci čez ves dan. Okolica je tIpično grška z oljčnimi nasadi in veliko zelenja.
v času našega bivanja so potekala gradbena dela, saj se pred vilo gradi nova bivanjska enota, kar je predstavljalo nekaj hrupa, ki je bil moteč predvsem za našega dojenčka, ki tekom dneva potrebuje nekaj spanja. Moteči so tudi preleti vojašlkih letal (predvsem so precej hrupni), saj je v bližini oporišče NATA.

The property was even better than the pictures, so perfect and clean and in the most beautiful location! A very warm welcome and a fridge full of delicious handmade treats. Thank you ☺️

My wife and I spent 10 days in Villa Chara. It is the most beautiful accommodation that we have ever had ! The house itself is very well built, very solid stone walls, and a nice wooden roof covered with tiles. Has got a wonderful swimming pool and a barbecue. Very clean. Sea view is magic! Would stay again any time ! A special word for Harry and Xara, the owners : they are very nice people, Xara prepared cookies for us and Harry left beer and raki in the fridge. Also offered us olive oil to take home !
Nothing to dislike about this property !
