The rooms were renovated new and modern, very relaxing, the pool is perfect of size , the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff was very nice and the Location great, because we didn’t like the crowds in Laganas and This Hotel was not directly in the Center.
The rooms were never fully cleaned unfortunately. We got new bed sheets and towels, but the floors weren’t really vacuumed and wiped nor the bathroom at all. We did go to the reception and told them about the matter and they were very kind and supportive and I am sure they forwarded it to the cleaning staff, however nothing really changed after that. The cleaning team needs to clean more thoroughly, especially at a hotel near the beach, where your shoes have sand on them etc.

Breakfast was quite normal, big variety of food. We've been here for 10 days and we didn't use to it, it was nice. The staff is also good, always ready to help you with any request. The beds are comfy.
The modernity of the room is not quite good, it is old. Photos on the booking are better than the actual room appearance. Cleaning was done every day, but too fast, mirrors are not cleaned up, and surfaces are not properly wiped. The water seems to be 50% salty in the shower.
