My stay at Mandila has been a lovely experience. Alex, in particular, has been genuinely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me and made sure I had a wonderful stay. His kindness and exceptional service truly made a difference! I’d visit again 🙂

Across the road from the beach is a great location but the music from the road does make it a little difficult to sleep if you’re a light sleeper.
Sound proofing would be a good idea for this area, no local cafe really close for coffee.

The pool -which then promptly closed for 5 nights of our 8 night stay
The pool closing, which seemed to be planned maintenance not an emergency. We asked to move hotels because of this and get a partial refund the manager offered us the use of the pool next door and 4 nights free meals at the hotel. These turned out to be half truths-only had a choice of 4 meals (non of which we liked, had this been communicated we wouldn’t of taken this offer) only able to eat between 6-8 and when we asked to use the pool next door there wasn’t enough room for us. Ruined our time there. Very disappointed
