Very well situated so you could walk to many sights and good restaurants.
Hard to get a table at the roof top bar

Great location in the vibrant center of Yerevan. Facilities are commendable (there is a good spa and the bathrooms are beautiful). The decoration is in old European style (but very recent), which gives to the place a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast room at the top floor offers a stunning view.
