The property was spacious and suited our group, the staff were helpful.
Needed a little work to bring it back to how it looks on the photos. The terrace was very warm as the air con unit blows on to it and it’s surrounded with glass.

Great location, large terrace, several rooms and beds for a large group, clean, staff were very helpful
The shower on the ground level was quite small, shower doors were missing and have been replaced with curtains which do not keep the water in well. Several flights of steep stairs to access the apartment which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Pillows were very used/flattened and unavailable on some beds. Issues with the air conditioning which hummed and buzzed loudly and kept us up at night.

Die Lage & unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern
Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Vieles war verschlissen. Das ganze Appartement muss dringend renoviert werden. Teilweise Schimmel an den Wänden & defekte Möbel.
