1. All staff are very nice with smiling.
2. The room is very tidy and clean.
3. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are excellent in Queen's Head Bar & Eatery. When I had breakfast on 17 Oct., a male staff gave me high quality of service on suggestion of food.

Perfect downtown location close to where we needed. Lots of restaurants but we ate at hotel. Our dinner was super and our buffet breakfast was stupendous! Staff were fabulous.

Your location was awkward to get to by car and had minimal parking.
Great breakfast selection. Convenient location for walking to the city particularly Aotea Square.
Friendly and pleasant staff.
The key cards did not register that easily in the lifts.
Think it would be nice having one of the lobby toilets labeled for men only w other 2 unisex.
