Great location, right in the centre of Bath. Great ales and friendly staff at the pub. Lovely rooms.
TV didn't work very well. Not sure if it was just low batteries. This isn't a real complaint though, I'm sure if I had asked for it to be fixed it would have been. But I decided to just read instead.

Great location and wonderful pub. Comfort able, fabulous breakfast, modern bathroom and wonderful staff.
Parking was a far walk with luggage and a very busy public parking lot. Took a while to find a spot.
