Breakfast was pricey

Location, comfort, proximity to the tube and the city centre, exceptional cleanliness, breakfast.
All was excellent. Nevertheless, the staff at the reception should have been more knowledgeable and better trained to offer assistance in English. During our stay, Tokyo was hit by Typhoon No 25, and the reception staff was not able to assist us in assessing whether access to the airport by train was feasible.

Le personnel très peu disponible et inflexible. L’hôtel était vide et nous ne pouvions Check in plus tôt, même après 20h de trajet et en proposant de payer
