Easy to get to, room was very clean, quick to check in despite the lobby being FULL of delegates at the conference and couldn't get past them. Shop downstairs is well stocked and car parking underneath works well but you have to pre-book.
Transfer to the airport a real bonus.
Booked a basic room - two single beds and a very small room. Could have done with kettle/ tea making facility - stayed here two weeks ago in a superior room and had tea/ coffee and a kettle in a much bigger room.
Room was cold and heating control set to only allow an increase of 3 degrees and there was no way of turning the cold air vent off - room too cold.

Very clean and updated. Room was relatively spacious
Having to schedule a time for the airport shuttle was kind of a pain. There was noise from the hallway and the staff was fine, but not very friendly. Gym, one elevator and one restaurant were closed.

I stayed only one night because I arrived in Stockholm late. The staff was very kind, and the facilities (especially the gym) were nice and clean. Also the games at the reception area are very nice.
The breakfast was very good, but the coffee is really bad; it can be improved.
