Location is perfect ! Walking distance to the nice gallery and cafes . Also we walked to the beach .

The location was Good. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and had all the necessities.
The water tasted a bit like chlorine. The closet didn’t have two doors.

Fantastic location, close to all sightseeing places, sea etc. Restaurants, coffee shop - everything in walking distance. The staff was polite and helpful. Good value for money, so would stay there again.
The only thing I would ideally like to improve is reception opening hours/staff presence at the reception desk. We arrived on Sunday and a bit earlier then expected. Front desk was not attended at the time, so had to make in international call to notify that we have arrived. A really small inconvenience and appreciate that for smaller place staff might have other duties as well. Does not impacted overall experience.

It was very clean
Staff wasn’t very friendly and reception was empty most of the time. Very poor sound isolation and limited amenities. Pillows were very old and rooms definitely need massive improvements. Definitely not even close to 4star, with what they offer and what is customer experience it’s barely 3
