Good location to shops and restaurants
Definitely not 4 star.
We had a pool access room. The steps getting into the pool were broken and mouldy. The pool itself was green around the edges with broken tiles and concrete.
The pool access rooms are not private as people walk and swim past you to get to other areas of the pool and hotel.
Patios are very close together and not private, could smell neighbours all around cigarettes and weed.
We were also unfortunate to have very loud neighbours, who thought it was ok to party in the pool until after midnight.
We had to struggle when we arrived with our luggage up and down steps, no concierge help like all the other hotels.
