In a few words: great location, clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Silom Serene has become my home away from home when I am in Bangkok.
Nothing negative to report

This hotel is the BEST!!! It’s in a great location, short distance to all activities! The staff here are AMAZING!! Their friendliness, help and service are beyond words can describe. The room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. After sightseeing all day it was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable room and have a terrific sleep, recharge and do it all again! The breakfast was perfect. Great selection of food. It was so nice to be met with friendly staff every morning to start your day. I found myself eating lunch and dinner there most night that’s how much I enjoyed the food and friendly staff!
Absolutely nothing!
