The location is splendid! Close to MRT and connected to MBK
Huge problem for people who are sitting in wheelchair to eat breakfast or access the lounge. Also zero smoking room , affects some of my guest that I am helping to book.
Wifi was slow and keep disconnecting

Splendid location
Difficult to access breakfast and lounge for people sitting in wheelchair. Also my mum has an eczema when sleeping, might be due to the strong bleach used.

I have stayed here before BUT found this room was small compared to other stays here.
I remember other times l had a bath in my room.
I have been staying here since 2000 and found it not as good as other hotels since l have tried others now so have something to compare with.
