I am very satisfied with the location - very close to the tube station, Sainsbury, MS food and other local shops and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room size is sufficient for comfortable stay for one person. The amenities and towels are clean.

Good quality budget single room with ensuite bathroom, TV, wifi, fan, kettle, tea & coffee. There was also a communal kitchen with plenty of food and drink that guests could help themselves to.
The room could maybe have done with a small fridge. It was a ground floor room and the window view was of an alleyway. However, neither of these things impacted much on the pleasantness of the stay.

Bed was good, the concept of making your own breakfast is great as you can have it at your own time
The place needs a good cleaning. Shower ventilator had thick patch of dust, floor laminate was damaged so you had to walk careful not to hurt your feed. Common kitchen was sticky and old dust on top of fridges, cooking place , floor.
