A lovely hotel with very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay it was very close to the tram stop which took us straight into the city centre. Air conditioning was great.

The decor and cleanliness of the hotel were remarkable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I liked it being so close to a tram stop and being so few stops from the main station.
The breakfast bags really weren't my cup of tea. On day 2, we partook of the croissants, bottled juice, fruit and machine coffee. The bathroom door was frosted glass which I felt obliged to be extremely careful closing.

Everything was near and clean, very nicely designed and setup and close to transport by tram and bus. Close to stores and restaurants.
No breakfast available.

One room was great. Large, had AC. Receptionist was great.
2nd room was terribly hot. Too noisy to leave the windows open. No mention that there was no AC available at time of booking. Terrible.
