Alles: Gut gelaunte und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption; sehr schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, feines Frühstücksbüffet. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel (abhängig von Verfügbarkeit); sehr geschätzt haben wir auch die Nähe zu den Bahnen ins Monte Rosa-Gebiet.
Wir haben uns im Hotel Cristallo sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, z. B. für einen Winteraufenthalt.

Posizione centrale, staff sempre cordiale, clima familiare, stanza ampia e buona area relax con piscina
In stanza non ci sono appendini e c’è un solo piccolo cestino. Il frigobar vuoto.

The staff is very nice, polite, will do the best effort to speak English. The place is tidy and well appointed. They are helpful with car parking (which is difficult in the area). Good wifi. Good breakfast. This is just a great place!

Nice staff
We paid 4-star, but they have outsourced us to a different place that I rented before for half the price. On top of that, we did not get a twin room, but a double, and my mate had to sleep on a camping bed - that's not on, when you are paying 4-star money for the place. Especially the night before a major race, when a good nights sleep is essential.
