The Protea Hotel Hatfield is excellent in everything.
The people, the personnel, and the staff at the reception desk are very kind, very friendly and polite, I am really impressed to have such a beautiful experience.
Even the people who work at the restaurant are courteous and always ready to help you. Next for sure I will book again.

the meals were great, breakfast, and dinner. the staff also are friendly especially those in the restaurant. however, the staff during breakfast times were cold and looked unhappy for whatever reason
poor attitude by the staff who served during breakfast times, they looked too serious and no smiles
the internet also was erratic and unstable most of the time
