We loved the traditional style of this resort, and the yukata clothing that everyone is given to wear while staying here. We also greatly enjoyed wearing colorful kimono which the resort offers free of charge upon request, there are many different colors and styles to choose from and it was fun to wear traditional Japanese clothing. There were extensive food options and many games and activities available. We enjoyed the private onsen hot spring which was very tranquil and readily available. The restaurant food that was included was very delicious and plentiful! We were highly impressed with the quality of meals, service and value of all aspects of this resort. It is a beautiful landscape with traditional Japanese style of architecture and gardens which we found extremely beautiful and relaxing.

Shared Onsen was beautiful, outside area was really nice, they have a shuttle service and really friendly and welcoming staff.

We stayed at the japanese style room with private Onsen. The accomodation smelled really musty like there is a problem with humidity. The bed was not very comfortable.

The ryokan was stunning, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us in calling a taxi for our departure. The private onsens were really nice (although very very hot!) and our own private onsen bath attached to the room was fantastic and so relaxing. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend getting the dinner and breakfast here. The beds were so comfortable.

Score is not based on initial room rooming. We relocated to a standard room as Japanese room with Onsen was stained and required renovations. Other facilities such as restaurants, public Onsen had been renovated and in excellent condition. The standard room had some wear but was comfortable.
