St. Ermin's Hotel, Autograph Collection

An A! A rare review at the top of the top. The hotel is beautifully maintained. It is well designed, comfortable lobby, gardens, and nice terrace. The family room, 553, was outstanding. A King, Queen, and Day bed with two bathrooms. But what makes it special, is the staff. They are well trained, attentive, there for any need. Special shout out to Asst. Mgr. Fredrica and Concierge Gary. It is centrally located in Westminster at the St. James tube line. We accessed all areas of the city from here easily. There is a Farmer J that is great for a fresh and reasonable dinner and the hotel has early coffee and a restaurant. When you are spending so much now for any hotel, a bit more for this one is worth it. Well done!

Good historic location

A bit odd of an ambiance. Breakfast was extremely expensive for what it was and so was the entire hotel. They barely managed to give water for free.
