In general everything. Nice place, good beds. Beautiful garden and pool. It looks li
ke you are suddenly in Bali. Friendly hosts. The property is just out of the city center. Only 10m away from the entrance is a bus stop. All busses go into town. Download the palm bus app and have convenient transport, only a few minutes drive to town. Walk out of the back garden entrance and use the bridge or tunnel to the beach, its only 200m away. There are nice beach clubs there. And also a huge public beach.
We had a realy good stay at Plage residence! Until next time.
Even in the off season all tourist destinations, town etc are crowded. Prepare for sitting in the taxi of event car/bus for longer times than you are used to.
Also, when arrived, there are a lot of people walking around. For us it took the joy out of the trips and we decided to stay in Cannes or the beach for the rest of our week there.

Beautiful garden and pool. Very easy to get to the beach. Parking. Great view from the poolside rooms. Easy access to bus and train.
The noise from the train, no air conditioning. The rooms are carpeted - not good for a humid climate.
