Fabulous stay. Everything was perfect...big, clean, and comfortable room. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. The evening dessert and packed breakfast on departure morning were a nice and thoughtful touch.
Nothing. Loved everything

Lovey old boutique-style hotel with interesting antique decor and individual rooms.

Heritage property, beautifully restored and renovated. Staff so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There are just 12 rooms, each individually decorated, quiet, comfortable with lovely touches eg evening treats from Il Bacaro restaurant on site.
No complaints - all perfect

A/C broke down, put me in a smaller uncomfortable room and did not refund for the failure. Granted the hotel was full - so what -

"Super emplacement en plein coeur de George Town. Personnel très sympathique et aidant. Petit plus avec les desserts apporté chaque après midi en chambre."
