JW Marriott El Convento Cusco

The oxygen-enriched air conditioning in the room helped ease my discomfort on my first day in Cusco. Such a thoughtful and unique feature that made a lasting impression!

First of all i would like to start with the hotel staf,when we arrived my wife had the first symptoms if altitude sickness and the lady at the reception Miss Kharry took such great care of us.She directly called another employee Mister Carlos who brought oxygen bottles in the room with us and took care of her until her oxygen level went higher approximately 30’ later.Very organized and proffesionals they even checked on us later on yo see how we are.A special thanks to both of them!Tne hotel itself is amazing!Build on an old Inka temple and later on a Catholic monastery,they did a beautuful renovation by keeping it tradiotional and modern at the same time.Big rooms with a beautiful teracce,confortable and even with oxygen coming from the air conditioning system to acclimatize you.Location is 2 steps from Plaza de Armas!Breakfast is amazing with different options every day,also very good restaurant and bar.Dont forget to take the free walking tour of the hotel which is organized every afternoon at 18:00 and last approximately 30’ which explainns you the hotel history.

Amazing stay at the JW Marriott El Convento Cusco! The hotel is beautiful, full of history and character, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The service was outstanding — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was truly special. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

L'emplacement, très central; L'amabilité du personnel; Le spa.

L'insonorisation : j'entendais mes voisins du dessus (télévision toute la nuit, bruits de pas, discussions, téléphone). J'étais en mesure de dire à quel moments ils rentraient dans leur chambre ainsi que l'heure à laquelle ils se réveillaient (5h20 exactement ce matin...). Clairement pas normal d'avoir une insonorisation aussi nulle pour un hôtel de ce standing. J'ai très mal dormi pendant mes 3 nuits au sein de l'établissement.
