the staff went above and beyond, and the proximity to the train station and several shopping centers is very nice.
The amenities like microwave and laundry are shared and locating on alternating floors, in order to use the microwave we had to leave our room, do go down a level, and then come back with out food.

It was above a station which was very handy. The room was modern. PJs and slippers were provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities could be collected from the foyer. Laundry room and laundry service provided. Clothes from laundry service were returned the same day in a very professional manner - ironed and placed in plastic with tissue paper in between. Others were placed on hangers. Vending machines were available on different floors as was an ice machine.
The room was tiny, barely enough space to walk around the bed. The view was a big round pillar and beyond that was another building. TV stations were all in Japanese. It would be good to cater for English speaking guests by providing at least one English speaking movie Chanel. There was no wardrobe, just hangers on a wall. Pillows weren’t the best.

Location is good. A short walk to busy areas, and next to the metro.
Small rooms (better for a short stay). No iron.
