The location
The smell in the room, from the old pillows and mattress. Most probably because the building is old the aroma in the elevator was as well not so pleasant.

Excellent location, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived after hours, and I really appreciated the detailed instructions they provided for accessing the structure. Everything was perfect.
Everything was very good.

Location was good
Showers had no power, water literally dribbled out and was told it was because we were in the last room, staff were ignorant with their approach towards our complaint, the lift was like something out of faulty towers, never a 4 star rating
