The hot springs,the Olympic size warm swimming pool,the staff were very nice.
Too far from Sofia airport and they don’t offer a shuttle service to pick you up or drop you at the airport.

Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner, wonderful and caring staff, maintenance of the property, the pools were great, the room so spacious and clean, wonderful beds. The bowling is not included but reasonably priced and great! Recommended!

Старичък, но като цяло добре поддържан и приятен хотел. Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив.
Някои от чадърите на външния басейн при силен вятър излизаха от поставките си, което на фона на тежестта им е проблем. Един такъв чадър при силен порив на вятъра мина на 20 см от главата ми и ако ме беше уцелил, сигурно щях да свърша в спешното. Още повече, че хотелът е "family friendly" и при наличието на толкова деца, това е проблем, на който трябва да се обърне внимание!!!

Стаята беше просторна и чиста, персоналът много старателен. Храната беше добра и в стола също беше чисто.
В банята водата се регулираше трудно.
Спа центъра е много незадоволителен.
Басейните са захабени, което е жалко, защото са много хубави. Ще се въздържа от коментар за хигиената на джакузито.
