Location is great. You can walk to Tower of London and Tower Bridge and there’s the underground too. You have stores near. It is very clean and beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom has enough space for you to get dressed well. Common areas are really nice and the vibe is great. Staff is really nice. I like that they have a fan on each bed and the security box too.
The plugs in the bathroom doesn’t work (they are not meant to be used apparently) so if you need to dry your hair or straighten it you have to do it at reception, which is weird cause I was in my pijamas drying my hair with lots of people there.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from Tower Bridge and several tube and bus stations. After checking out, you can still spend time in the common areas, which is incredibly helpful if you have a late flight.
The bathroom is really spacious and attached to the room, which made using it very convenient.
On the downside, the cleanliness could have been better. The room floor was really dirty the whole time, especially all the dust and rubbish under my bottom bed that clearly had been building up for a while. Also, the bedding had permanent stains and was ripped in places.

Easy to get to main train stations.
The rooms were very untidy, upon checking in my bed was messy like someone had used it to rest on and then got up.
I had to get new sheets from the reception as I wasn’t sure if they had touched the sheets rolled up on the bed.
Also no lower bunks available for less able bodied people so I couldn’t make my bed properly.
