The design. The room was very comfortable and spacious for a studio hotel room. The bed was the best. It was quiet. The staff was exceptionally wonderful. The rooftop resto is great
Some things are not done yet. The gym is a joke. But there is an amazing g gym right across the street for a 400 pesos day pass called Navy training. The yoga room and cafe downstairs still being constructed. But it will be done soon.

Room is very nice clean and comfortable. Location great. Staff very friendly.
There is a bar on the ground floor and they have late night parties. The music is pounding trace stule music and the noise is impossible to eliminate until it stops about 2am

the space of the room and bed sheets
toilet door and toilet window do not close well and all the noise from the reception can be heard since early morning, har to park for uber, I was charged with the sauna fee but it was not working

Location is fantastic, hotel was clean
Very overpriced for what it is. At best, a 3 star hotel. No ammenities, not even a coffee maker or hairdryer in the room. Came with exactly two towels. Layout is very weird and its clear this used to be an office building that was remodeled. Bathroom a foot off the floor, great for tripping at night, and has a glass door offering no privacy. Remodel is cheap and clearly showing its age. That said, it was clean and the location is great. Average level of noise for a cdmx hotel near street level.
