Amazing views and own private bit of beach. Great views from the Pool, which is also decent. Nice to be away from the huddle and bustle of the main area.
Property aging and probably overdue some works, however rooms are very large, good views and cleaned daily. Staff seemed nice and were helpful.

Phi Phi Cliff Beach Resort is a real gem, with a beautiful setting and lovely sea views. Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 10/10.
The property is a little older and would benefit from some updates and extra care, but this did not take away from our enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the luggage collection to and from the pier, which made arriving and leaving much easier.

Location was perfect for us, hotel is set down the quite end of the beach a short walk away from the madness. It has an almost perfect virtually private beach to use and the pool is lovely up on the roof over looking the bay. If there are bad reviews dont let them put you off, rooms are large and clean with amazing views. Alough the design of the hotel is a little odd but adds to the character.
The hotel doesnt serve alchohol, but this isnt an issue.

Not up to standard of eg Island Escape Burasari
The breakfast hall is depressing.. I think a redesign of the area will be huge bonus. Move to level one with seaview and high quality food .
Existing area can rather be used for sometimg like offices or storage etc
Then also the back area from the rooms is really depressing
