### Overall Feedback
This is a very good hotel with a high standard of service. I truly loved my stay and enjoyed almost everything about the hotel.
**Front Desk**
- The front desk staff were amazing—very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
**Spa**
- I also had a great experience at the spa. The two ladies, **Tarik and Mel**, did an excellent job. I really enjoyed the massage and appreciated their professionalism and service.
Overall, I really loved staying at this hotel. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality made my stay very enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again.
### Restaurant Feedback
**Staff**
- The restaurant staff were amazing—very polite, kind, and attentive. I really appreciated their service.
**Breakfast**
- The breakfast could have more variety. I would recommend adding more options such as sausages and different types of meat.
- I tried the bacon, but unfortunately, it was too dry and hard to eat.
**Dinner**
- Unfortunately, my dinner experience was disappointing. I ordered spaghetti with meat, but the meat was extremely stiff and difficult to chew, almost like plastic.
- Please ask the chef to review the quality and preparation of the food. I believe the restaurant could significantly improve the quality of its meals.
**Disturbance During Breakfast**
- There was an issue with a guest who appeared to be intoxicated during breakfast. It seemed that alcohol had been served to him early in the morning, and he became very loud and disruptive, disturbing many of the guests who were trying to enjoy their breakfast.
- I would appreciate it if the hotel could pay more attention to situations like this and ensure that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful breakfast experience.
