Incredible location. Good amount of space, comfy beds, serviceable kitchen.
A couple stains on sheets, no toilet plunger, a broken window

The apartment has a good location — about 10 minutes to the metro and close to Alexanderplatz. There’s a direct bus to the main train station, which was very convenient. The area is quiet and clean, but there are still a few bars nearby. The nearest large supermarket (Lidl) is about a 20-minute walk away. The apartment itself had a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. It's located on the ground floor, so no need to walk up stairs. It was warm inside even when it was 10°C outside. The apartment was clean, and there was enough toilet paper.
The apartment doesn’t get much natural light due to its location. It’s also very noisy — we could clearly hear neighbors talking loudly and playing music late at night, which was quite disturbing. Because of this, I wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were uncomfortable and too soft. The kitchen is small and located right next to the bathroom. The furniture is old and worn out.

"Appartement très bien placé. Endroit calme. A deux pas des restaurants et des bars. Le plus important était là et c'était très pratique (machine à laver, bouilloire, sèche cheveux etc)"
