Reception staff were helpful, apartment was a good size in a great location with parking
The property is looking a little tired, it could do with an upgrade just to keep standards up

The apartment was really great staff was really friendly having outside balcony was a bonus had everything you needed for cooking etc but didn't cook but still well equipped great location and great price
There's only one thing I didn't like and I might sound abit ocd but the stairs carpet was filthy and could do with replacing or having a good carpet clean other than that it was spot on

A cheap and cheerful option handy for Liverpool City centre - the apartment had plenty of space and the staff were friendly.
There was no shower gel, toothpaste etc - the apartment was a budget option for us, but trips are so much easier when things like this are provided!

Front staff super friendly
The place needs a SERIOUS renovation. Firstly, the floors were so dirty they made my socks black. The skirting was falling off. Scrapes on all the walls. Bathrooms so aged and dirty, showers so small you could barely lift your arms to shampoo your hair. The appt next to us played their banging music til 3am each night so barely got any sleep walls so thin. Paid £1k for 2 nights, and nowhere near as worth the money. Only good point was location.
