The location is superb! The host never failed to communicate and assist during of all our needs. Very considerate of keeping our luggage safe whilst we roaming around and collect them at time of our departure to airport.
Nothing, honestly.
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially liked the excellent location, which made it easy to access St. Peter's Basilica, as I had events scheduled nearby. The room was spacious for one person, clean, and well-designed.
My main concern was the check-in experience. I had informed the hotel in advance about my expected check-in time, but I did not receive any response to my messages. Upon arrival, I had to wait outside and call someone before being allowed in, and I also had to prove that I had a valid booking. Since I was already running late for an event, waiting around 10 minutes on a call to gain access was particularly inconvenient and stressful. Improving communication and the check-in process would greatly enhance the guest experience.
