Amazing location, excellent services and room. So beautiful. Less then a minute walk from the Duomo. Lucio at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Offered great suggestions of things to see, even made dinner reservations for us at an amazing restaurant. Lucio was so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location near Duomo. Spacious clean room. Great views from window. Quiet from the street noise. Very comfortable beds.
Second floor loft room. We did not use but stairs would be hard to get baggage up to if needed. Lots of stairs to get to room. Lots of keys for doors.

Great location and large room.
Bathroom was on a mezzanine which made it difficult to use in the night, but otherwise was fine. Bed was quite firm.

Location
Old, not as advertised, the hallway to get to room is incredibly dark , no one cleaned the room in our 3 night stay. Sheets and towels smelt weird. Very very loud at night and in morning.
