Location and views
Swamped with lady birds, dirty towels and markings all over the walls from lady birds. They were also graffiti on the walls in the kids room

Great for my grandkids
Bit tired needed some TLC

Quirky room, very clean, warm & cosy.
We would just mention that the soap dispenser was empty (this was quickly resolved by your team) and one of the bedside lamps not working (didn't notice till bedtime)

The themed room
That we couldn't actually get in our room as the outer building door was broken and had to call reception. We then found dirty cups and dirty bathroom sink.
