The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the Old City, making it convenient for tourists to explore the area. The breakfast was basic but good enough, and the room was simple, decent, and clean. It also had a refrigerator, which was a useful addition. Overall, a good option for travelers looking for a convenient location and basic, comfortable accommodation.
I believe the hotel should offer a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and provide free drinking water in the rooms. Since vehicles are not allowed inside the Old City, guests have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. The walk can be tiring, especially because some routes are steep and uphill.
After such a tiring journey, offering a welcome drink and complimentary water would be a thoughtful gesture and would make guests feel more comfortable and welcomed.

A good hotel for me and very nice people, warm welcome, big room. Close to almost all attractions in Old Town. Lovely caring staff and good breakfast. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street.

Bon accueil. Le receptionoste parle un peu anglais. Etait tres serviable.
Grande chambre. Grande et belle salle de bain. Petit dejeuner simple mais tres bien et bon. La terrasse au sommer de l hotel avec une vue 300° sur Balu et ses grattes ciels et la mer.
Le rapport qualite prix.
Je recomande cet hotel.
Hotel tres calme.
Peut etre le matelas qui pourrais etre change et sans ressorts.
Pour le reste on a super bien dormi. Endroit super calme

I liked about the lication
Staffs were so friendly but when I was leaving I asked a staff to help me with my suitcase from stairs he confidently refused I felt bad but I had to call my driver to assist me.
