Very cozy Homestay, feel it`s a place to stay more than 1 night here and the hosts are soo kind!!

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast which consisted of 4 tasty pancakes each and a portion of friend potatoes. It was also advantageous to have the kitchen outside our bedroom door which any of the guests could use, and it was well equipped. The owner was friendly enough but more about her later. The GH was in a good location, just off the main road.
Unfortunately there was no room to unpack our bags in the bedroom. The bathroom needs some repair work to the door and also the bidet attachment dropped off of the end of the hose and obviously had been like this for ages. However the owner did apologize and say her helper is getting too old to keep up with the work.
Now for the unbelievable action of the owner. We were not used to the cold weather and believe me, we were suffering as the temperature never drops below 22c where we live. We decided to leave after one night for warmer climate in Wonosobo, even though we had paid for 3 nights when we arrived. As it was our mistake we just told the owner to keep the money we had paid for the next two nights, and we did not bother about trying to get a refund. It was good to help the owner out during this quiet period ( we were the only guests). Imagine my shock when I received an email from booking.com stating that they may charge us a fee as we never showed up for our booking. Quite obviously the owner had been trying to get out of paying booking.com commission for our stay there. How inconsiderate could she get as we had just given her two days rent and now we were threatened with a no show fee. We did contact the owner and she pretended to be apologetic and denied having anything to do with the no-show report. So you think I would ever recommend Green Savannah?????
