Hotel Heintz

A lovely historic hotel and an ideal location in Vianden. On site booked parking

Perhaps a little tired on the decorations but it did add to the historical look and feel and the hotel

Loved everything about our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and historic and clearly lovingly cared for.

Not a complaint about the hotel, but it did bother me that people speed through the village despite there being so many tourists around and limited sidewalks. I wish the hotel owners would encourage the town to find ways to get people to slow down.

Room was clean and location of the hotel is nice. Staff friendly, but not enough accommodating to my need for safe storage of my road bike (even though it was advertised that there is "safe" bike storage).

I selected the hotel for its on site parking and storage of my road bike. When I arrived I was told the bike could be parked in the garage (which was open to anyone passing by, so I decided to leave it in the car anyways). I was also not allowed to take the bike in the room even though it was clean/spotless. Also there was no available on site parking, so I ended up parking the car with bike in it 500m away from the hotel on the public road. No good feeling during my stay I can tell. Also, the lock on my room didn't work properly. Not complaining too much on that as I stayed for only 1 night, but wouldn't recommend to stay more than 1 night in that with your stuff in the room.
