Haritos Hotel - Geothermal Hot Swimming Pool

This is a budget hotel, spotlessly clean but basic. It's in need of an update BUT in fairness to the hotel you can see that this is taking place in stages. Its in a good location and the geo- thermal pool is an experience - it's like.stepping into a warm bath! Don't expect early morning swims though because it does exactly as it says - it drains naturally overnight and refills the next day! It's exceptional value for money and as we were only on the island for two nights it certainly wasn't a problem. The breakfasts (yes they were included in the price!) were continental in style with cereals, bread, cheeses, cooked meat, tomatoes, juice, coffee, tea etc and you could have whatever and as much as you wanted. If I was to return to Nisyros it wouldn't worry me if I was to return to this hotel. It is what it says on the can.

Nothing really. It needs updating BUT was spotlessly clean and served it's purpose.

Location and pool

Staff were great except for the host who really needs to learn how to communicate with guests, surprising because he obviously has been there a long time

Salle de bain petite et vétuste. Les prises de courant déboîtés. Petit déjeuner très basique. Hotel vieillot qui serait à rénover. Attention aux personnes ayant des enfants. Il y a une route très passante entre l hotel et la piscine et la terrasse du petit déjeuner.

The room was spacious with a sea view. Clean, with clean towels and sheets. On the other hand it is surely very old, some things don't work and it really cries for a renovation. For Nisiros thought, this is all you need...
