I had a single room. It was equipped with everything necessary. Cutlery and kitchen utensils can be borrowed for free from the reception, but I did not use this option. I had a business meeting at TUM and for that purpose the hotel was perfectly located. Underground station to the city centre is 50 m away. Underground takes 20 min to city center.
All was well. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are fresh and clean. The wifi was free and with good speed. The breakfast was great. There is a subway station right next to the hotel and the city center of Munchen is reachable with it for around 25 minutes. The price was ok for oktoberfest. They also have 24x7 reception.
During business days the breakfast is till 10:00 so if you want to sleep a bit more you can miss it. In the weekends it is till 11:00 which is better.

Really clean and comfortable. Staff bend over backward to make my visit good.
Really nothing. It was much further away from downtown than I thought it was. But that’s on me.

Clean
Unfortunately I booked by mistake the same reservation twice, arriving to the hotel I realized that and I was shocked by the really bad customer service of this establishment. They didn’t care it was a mistake and were rude and gave cero alternatives to help - even if I used to go very often due to work reasons - very disappointed !

"Idéalement placé au Nord de Munich entre le stade Allianz Arena et l’aéroport. Les chambres façon studios sont très grandes et idéales pour récupérer au calme après les visites."
