Great experience overall — a clean and comfortable apartment very close to the Old Town, with clear self-check-in instructions, a responsive host with helpful parking suggestions, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed.
Nothing comes to mind — everything was great.

Location, clear check-in instructions, clean, well equipped.
This place is 2 folding luggage racks away from perfect.

The apartment was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable. The sheets were soft and overall we had an amazing stay. I would highly recommend!

Big apartment, convenient Check-in system, location is superb except trams which are way too loud. Very good sauna and resting zone in the living room.
Too noisy, heavy trams under windows left no chance of sleeping well. As a result, I have got a heavy head in the morning accompanied by desire to leave this place ASAP. No any table for writing/working.
Scary security box with no instructions -- started beeping in the late evening as a result of an occasional touch, stopped in 5 minutes on its own.
