Hotel location & our balcony view! I could sit in it forever!
Tv in the room was old & tiny, Not a smart tv & breakfast options could have been better.

Comfortable room with a great view, breakfast was good although more toasting equipment is required. An easy walk into town which has a series of character filled cafes and restaurants. There is a very rustic seaside restaurant CAS Patro down an extremely narrow and winding road, you could walk but a car is really required. Parking is difficult but the scene and food was excellent.

Excellent location and I would rate this hotel 5 stars, rather than 4. Most of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The public areas of the hotel as well as the gardens are beautifully maintained.
The room was dark and lacked Kleenex. Bottled water was only provided once on arrival. Towels ran out by the swimming pool. The menu for dinner was limited.

The hotel’s location is wonderful, within walking distance of town and with lovely views, and the staff were extremely helpful.
However, the photos on the website are misleading. We did not expect our room or most of the hotel to be as outdated as it was for the price. Only a few areas have been renovated, like the new reception and restaurants. Oddly, reception is upstairs, so the dated ground floor makes for a jarring first impression; management would have done better to renovate that first. The gym is also ancient, and the treadmill did not work. The Muleta Beach outing was also very expensive on top of the room cost. We had a lovely experience there, but again felt overcharged given how much we were already paying to stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of wonderful options, but it was very hard to flag down a waiter for coffee each morning.
