Great food and nice spacious upgraded room.

We were welcomed at the entrance and from there on the hospitality was just amazing! Friendly staff, professional treatment, clean location with everything in place.

Beautiful location, fantastic service across the board, the extra details (multiple extra plugs, well stocked mini bar), the buffet breakfast was lovely.

The rooms are dated and need a refresh. We had dinner at Azure, the food was underwhelming and the steak was completely over cooked, noting the service was excellent and the dish was replaced immediately. The buffet breakfast was great however.

The food in the Grill Room was less than mediocre. Amongst other disappointments the cheese was so processed it was terrible. I believe it came in cellophane wrappers. Further the service in the Aazure restaurant at breakfast was really poor. It took 25 minutes to receive two pots of tea and they were served cold. Further the poached eggs we order were cold and not to order and neither was the bacon. On replacement my plate was cold which made the food cold in a minute or two and my wife’s did not receive her bacon. That arrived well after she had finished eating the egg. Completely ridiculous. Finally, we saw two guests trip over the wheels that have been added to the bases of the umbrella’s. One elderly lady hurt her ankle badly. These are clearly a safety hazard.
